WBPDCL Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
The selection will be based on Computer Based Test (CBT) and Personal Interview, along with additional tests like Computer Proficiency Test or Class Demonstration Test where applicable. The CBT covers General Aptitude, English, Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, and Technical subjects relevant to the post. There is also a mandatory language proficiency test in Bengali or Nepali.
The selection process comprises multiple stages:

WBPDCL Recruitment 2025 Pay Scale and Benefits
Selected candidates will get salary as per WBPDCL’s ROPA 2020 pay scales. For example, Assistant Managers get a basic pay starting from Rs. 56,100/- in Pay Level 8, while Office Executives get Rs. 29,000/- in Pay Level 4. Other allowances, medical benefits, provident fund, gratuity, and post-based compensations will be applicable as per corporation rules.
