WBPDCL Vacancy Notification 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:-
- Associates (Technical Posts): Graduate in Science or Diploma in Engineering.
- Supervisors (Coal Sampling, Workshop, etc.): Graduate, Higher Secondary, or ITI, depending on experience.
- Consultants (IR, Welfare, HR): Graduate with MBA (HR) or PG Diploma in Personnel Management, MSW, DSW, etc.
- Magazine In-Charge / Assistant Magazine In-Charge: Graduate in any discipline with computer knowledge.
- Executives (Security): Retired Police Officers (Dy. SP or above).
- Special Officers (Land): Retired Land Officials.
- Medical Officer: MBBS degree with MCI and WB Medical Council registration.
Experience:-
- Ranges from 1 year to 20+ years, depending on the role.
- Most posts require experience in power plants, coal mines, engineering industries, or government utilities.
Age Limit:-
- Maximum Age: 63 years as of 01.04.2025
- Only superannuated employees (retired after the official retirement age) can apply.
