Union Bank Assistant Manager eligibility 2025
Educational Qualifications
Assistant Manager (Credit):-
- Graduation in any discipline:
- CA / CMA / CS
- OR Full-time 2-year MBA / MMS / PGDM / PGDBM in Finance with 60% marks (55% for reserved categories)
Desirable: Post-qualification experience in the BFSI sector.
Assistant Manager (IT):-
- Full-time B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc./M.Tech in CS/IT/Data Science/AI/Cyber Security or related streams
- Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience in relevant IT domains
Desirable: Certifications in AWS, CCNA, CEH, Python, Machine Learning, etc.
Criteria
Nationality (Applicants must be):-
- Citizens of India, or
- Subjects of Nepal/Bhutan, or
- Tibetan refugees (arrived before 1st Jan 1962), or
- Persons of Indian origin migrated from specific countries (e.g., Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Kenya, etc.)
Age Limit (as on April 1, 2025):-
- Minimum Age: 22 years
- Maximum Age: 30 years
Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years), PwBD (10 years), and others as per Government rules.

Selection Process for Union Bank Assistant Manager 2025
Online Written Test
- Quantitative Aptitude – 25 questions (25 marks)
- Reasoning – 25 questions (25 marks)
- English – 25 questions (25 marks)
- Professional Knowledge – 75 questions (150 marks)
- Total Duration: 150 minutes
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks for each wrong answer
Group Discussion (if conducted)
- 50 Marks
- Minimum Qualifying: 25 marks (Gen/EWS), 22.5 (Reserved)
Personal Interview
- 50 Marks
- Minimum Qualifying: 25 marks (Gen/EWS), 22.5 (Reserved)
Final selection will be based on cumulative scores of the written test and interview.
