Southern Railway JE Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification:-
- Retired SSE & JE with at least 3 years of service in the respective categories.
- Desirable: Knowledge of computer, AutoCAD, and Hindi language.
- Preference: Candidates with a degree in Civil Engineering.
2. Age Limit:-
- Maximum age for re-engagement: 65 years as of the closing date.
3. Medical Fitness:-
- Candidates should be medically fit in the appropriate category, as specified for each post.
4. Service Record:-
- Retired employees with a minimum of “Good” grading in the last 5 years of Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs).
- Employees who were compulsorily retired, removed, or dismissed from service are not eligible.
- Candidates who retired under the Safety Related Retirement Scheme (LARSGESS) are not eligible.
