The detailed notification for SIDBI Assistant Manager and Manager posts (Advt. No. 03 /Grade ‘A’ and ‘B’ / 2025-26) has been published on 13th July 2025. To be eligible, candidates must fulfill both educational and age requirements.

Small Industries Development Bank of India Selection Process 2025
The selection for Grade-A and Grade-B posts will be held in three phases:
- Phase I: Online Objective Exam (200 marks)
- Phase II: Online Descriptive + Objective (200 marks)
- Phase III: Interview (100 marks, including achievements & awards)
Candidates will also undergo a psychometric test before the interview.
