Northern Railway Group D Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the RRC NR Sports Quota Group D, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:
1. Age Limit:-
- The candidate’s age should be between18 to 25 years as of 01/07/2025.
- No age relaxation is permissible for any category.
2. Educational Qualification:-
- Candidates must have passed the 10th standard or its equivalent examination.
- Those with higher qualifications (12th pass, graduation, etc.) are also eligible but must upload their certificates.
3. Sports Qualification:-
- Candidates must have represented the country in Category C Championships or secured at least the 3rd position in Federation Cup Championships (Senior Category).
- Alternatively, candidates who have represented a state or equivalent unit and secured at least the 8th position in senior national championships are also eligible.
- For specific sports like Badminton, Table Tennis, and Tennis, the current Annual All India Ranking will be considered.

Railway Recruitment Cell Group D 2025 Selection Process

- Trials:- The trials will assess the candidate’s game skills, physical fitness, and overall performance. Candidates must score a minimum of 25 marks out of 40 to be considered FIT.
- Final Merit List:- The final selection will be based on the candidate’s performance in the trials (40 marks) and their sports achievements and educational qualifications (60 marks). Candidates must secure a minimum of 60 marks to qualify.
