RRB Sports Quota Recruitment 2025 Post Details

The recruitment is for 12 vacancies in various sports categories. Below is the list of available positions-

CLW Sports Quota Eligibility 2025

Educational Qualification:-

• Passed Higher Secondary (XII)/10+2 or its equivalent examination. Candidates must possess the additional educational qualifications required for higher level as of the date of submission of application, which are given below.

• Matriculation or its equivalent certificate from a recognized board must be submitted for proof of date of birth.)

Sports Eligibility Criteria:-

• For Level-5: Represented the country in the Olympic Games (Category-A) OR secured at least 3rd position in any Category-B championship.
• For Level-2: Represented the country in any Category-B Championship OR secured at least 3rd position in Category-C Championships/National Games/All India Inter-University Championships.
• For Level-1: Represented the country in any Category-C Championship OR secured at least 3rd position in Federation Cup Championships (Senior Category).

Age Limit:-

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 25 Years

Chittaranjan Locomotive Works Recruitment 2025 How to Apply & Fee

1.  Fill up the application in prescribed format at Annexure ‘A’ on good quality A-4 size white paper after carefully reading the employment notice.
2. All columns of application should be filled up by the candidate in his/her own handwriting in English/Hindi using a blue/black ball point pen.
3. Applicants should write in his/her own handwriting ‘the sample declaration statement in the space provided in the applications form’. Applications without the written declaration will be rejected.
4. Applicant should firmly affix on the application one recent (taken within one month) colour passport size photograph (without cap and/or colored glass) revealing the full face. Applications with hazy, faded, unclear photos will be rejected.
5. The applicant should send 02 (two) photographs (without cap and/or colored glass) duly signed on the back of them with application form and keep at least 05 (five) same photographs also with them for future use.
6. Applicant should enclose with the application a set of legible Photocopies (Xerox) of all certificates, in proof of Educational Qualification, Age, Caste Certificate and Proof of Sports Achievements (Certificates) etc duly attested by any Gazetted Officer or self-attested.
7. All candidates should enclose application fee as explained at Para-8 above without fail. Applicants should fill all the columns in the application without fail and applications without application fee will be rejected.
8. Candidate should clearly indicate the Specific Category No., Sports Discipline and Event/Position as given in Para – 2 above.
9. Applicants should write on the top of the envelope containing the application as follows: – “APPLICATION AGAINST SPORTS QUOTA (OPEN ADVERTISEMENT) RECRUITMENT FOR THE YEAR 2024- 2025”.
10. Candidates should send their applications so as to reach at the address mentioned against the category at Para10 (mentioned above) on or before the closing date and time. Railway Administration shall not be responsible for any postal delay. Late applications would be summarily rejected.
11. Serving Government Employees should send their applications through proper channels only i.e. through their office.

CLW Sports Quota Vacancy Selection Process

Selection will be based upon performance in Sports Trial and Interview & Certificates produced in support of Educational qualification and Sports Achievements and finalized by a nominated Selection Committee. The Venue & Date of Trials and other stages of recruitment process shall be intimated from time to time through CLW Official website. All candidates are requested to visit the website regularly for updates. Shortlisted eligible candidates will be called for: –

1. Trials of Sports Performance. (40 Marks- minimum 25 marks must be secured to be declared “FIT”)
2. Assessment of Sports achievements etc. (50 Marks Maximum)
3. Educational Qualification. (10 Marks) To be suitable for appointment in Level-5 post, are must secure at least 70 marks (including minimum 25marks in trial) in agregate. For being suitable for consideration for appointment in Level-2 post, the minimum marks to be secured are 65 marks and for appointment in Level-1 post, minimum marks to be secured are 60 marks (including minimum 25 marks in trial) in agregate. 4. There is no relaxation/reservation of any kind to any community. The selection is purely merit based,based on the performances mentioned above.
