RCI DRDO Internship 2025 Notification is out for 160 paid internship vacancies for B.Tech and M.Tech/M.Sc final year students. Eligible candidates can apply offline by 11th July 2025. The internship begins from 1st August 2025.
Research Centre Imarat (RCI), Hyderabad is inviting applications from highly meritorious final-year students of Engineering and Science for Paid Internship 2025. A total of 160 internship positions are available under Advertisement No. RCI/HRD/PDINTERN/2025/01.

RCI Internship Eligibility Criteria 2025
Educational Qualification
- Final-year students of B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc in relevant disciplines from AICTE/UGC approved institutes
- Minimum Marks: 75% aggregate or ≥ 7.5 CGPA
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 28 years
RCI DRDO Internship Stipend & Duration

| Attendance Requirement | Minimum 15 working days/month in-lab |
Note: Internships for PG students can be extended up to 8–10 months without stipend after initial 6 months.

- Final Selection: Subject to document verification
- Only shortlisted candidates will be notified
