The Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL) has released notification to fill 391 vacancies for the posts of Scientific Assistant, Stipendiary Trainee, Paramedical, and Non-Technical roles.

NPCIL Scientific Assistant Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:-
- Scientific Assistant – B: Diploma in Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics/Instrumentation) with 60% marks or B.Sc. (Computer Science) with 60% marks.
- Stipendiary Trainee/Scientific Assistant (ST/SA): Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation/Electronics) with 60% marks or B.Sc. (Physics/Chemistry) with 60% marks.
- Stipendiary Trainee/Technician (ST/Technician): SSC with 50% marks in Science and Mathematics + 2 years ITI certificate in relevant trade.
- Assistant Grade – 1 (HR/F&A/C&MM): Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks.
- Nurse – A: HSC + Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery + Valid Nursing Registration.
- Technician/C (X-Ray Technician): HSC in Science + 1-year Medical Radiography Certificate + 2 years of experience.
Age Limit (as of 01.04.2025):-
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 30 years (varies by post)
Age Relaxation:-
- SC/ST :5 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) :3 years
- PwBD :10-15 years
- Ex-Servicemen: 5 years

NPCIL Scientific Assistant & Stipendiary Trainee Vacancy 2025 Selection Process
1. Online Examination:-
- Scientific Assistant – B & ST/SA: 50 MCQs (100 marks) on subject knowledge.
- ST/Technician, Nurse – A, Technician/C: Preliminary Test (50 MCQs) and Advanced Test (50 MCQs).
- Assistant Grade – 1: Preliminary Test (50 MCQs) and Advanced Test (50 MCQs).
2. Personal Interview/Skill Test:-
- Candidates who qualify for the online exam will be called for a Personal Interview (for Scientific Assistant – B & ST/SA) or Skill Test (for ST/Technician, Assistant Grade – 1).
3. Document Verification:-
- Shortlisted candidates must produce original documents for verification.
