NCB Inspector Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

1. Inspector:-

• Must hold an analogous post on a regular basis or have 6 years of service in the relevant grade.
• Must have a Level-7 pay scale under the 7th CPC (Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs.4600).
• Age should not be more than 56 years as of the application closing date.

Locations: Bhubaneswar, Kolkata, Patna, Raipur, Ranchi, Delhi, Lucknow, Hyderabad, Chennai, Goa, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, and many more.

2. Sub-Inspector:-

• Should hold an analogous post or have 6 years of service in Level-5 or 5 years in Level-6.
• A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university is required.
• Experience in law enforcement is essential.
• Age should not exceed 56 years as of the closing date for applications.

Locations: Bhubaneswar, Patna, Delhi, Goa, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Bhopal, Indore, Jaipur, and other regions.

NCB Sub-Inspector Vacancy 2025 Application Process

Candidates interested in applying for the Inspector or Sub-Inspector positions must submit their applications through offline mode only. Here’s the step-by-step guide-

• Use the prescribed format for the application (Curriculum Vitae) that can be obtained from the official NCB notification.

Required Documents:-

1. Grading of APARs for the last 5 years.
2. Integrity Certificate.
3. Vigilance clearance certificate.
4. Major/Minor penalty statement for the last 10 years.
5. Cadre clearance certificate with confirmation that the candidate will be relieved to join NCB if selected.
