IREL Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:-
- Trade Apprentices: ITI in relevant trade (e.g., Electrician, Welder, Plumber, etc.).
- Graduate Apprentices: B.Tech/B.E in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Computer Science, Instrumentation, or Mining.
- Technician Apprentices: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation, or Mining.
- General Stream Executives: B.Com, BA, BBA, or B.Sc (Geology).
Age Limit (as of 01.01.2025):-
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 25 years
Age Relaxation:-
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- PwD: 10 years
IREL Apprentice Recruitment 2025 Application Process
Register Online:-
- Trade Apprentices: Register on the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship portal at www.apprenticeshipindia.org.
- Graduate/Technician Apprentices: Register on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal at www.nats.education.gov.in.
Submit Application:-
- Fill out the application form in the prescribed format (Annexure A) and send it along with self-attested copies of required documents to:

IREL India Limited Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
Merit-Based Selection:-
- Candidates will be selected based on their marks in the qualifying examination.
Priority will be given to candidates from land-affected areas, mining areas, and wards of IREL employees.
Document Verification:-
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification.
Medical Examination:-
- Selected candidates must undergo a medical examination and be declared “Medically Fit” by the company’s Medical Officer.
