1.Junior Operator (Grade I):-
- Educational Qualification: Matriculation (Class X) with a 2-year ITI in a specified trade (e.g., Electronics Mechanic, Electrician, Fitter, etc.).
- Work Experience: At least one year of post-qualification work experience in a manufacturing or factory organization.
- Age Limit: 18 – 26 years
- Salary: Rs. 23,000 – 78,000/-
2.Junior Attendant (Grade I):-
- Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary (Class XII) with at least 40% marks (relaxed for PwBD candidates).
- Work Experience: Not mandatory.
- Age Limit: 18 – 26 years
- Salary: Rs. 23,000 – 78,000/-
3.Junior Business Assistant (Grade III):-
- Educational Qualification: Graduation with a minimum of 45% marks.
- Work Experience: At least one year of post-qualification work experience in a commercial enterprise or government department/PSU.
- Age Limit: 18 – 26 years
- Salary: Rs. 23,000 – 78,000/-
How to Apply for Indian Oil Jobs 2025
The application process involves the following steps:
- Online Registration: Visit the official IOCL website and register by providing your basic details (name, contact, email, etc.). You will receive a Provisional Registration Number and Password.
- Fill the Application Form: After registration, fill in the necessary details and upload the required documents such as your photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and a hand-written declaration.
- Payment of Fees: Pay the application fee of Rs. 300 (if applicable) through online payment methods. SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen candidates are exempted from the fee.
- Make sure to submit your application before the last date, which has been extended to February 28, 2025.

Selection Process for IOCL Non-Executive Vacancy
The following steps:
- Computer-Based Test (CBT): The CBT will be an objective test consisting of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) related to professional knowledge, numerical ability, reasoning, and general awareness. Candidates will need to score a minimum percentage to qualify.
- Skill/Proficiency/Physical Test (SPPT): For Junior Operator and Junior Attendant posts, a qualifying SPPT will be conducted. Candidates will have to perform tasks to demonstrate their skills under observation.
- Computer Proficiency Test (CPT): For Junior Business Assistant posts, PwBD candidates will have to undergo a CPT on basic MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
