IOCL Assistant Quality Control Officer Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
The selection process for IOCL Assistant Quality Control Officers consists of the following stages:
- Computer-Based Test (CBT):- Objective-type test with 135 questions (120 minutes).
- Group Discussion/Group Task (GD/GT):- To assess communication and teamwork skills.
- Personal Interview:- To evaluate the candidate’s suitability for the role.
Minimum Qualifying Marks:
- CBT:- General/OBC/EWS: 40%; SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen: 35%.
- GD/GT & Interview:- 40% for all categories.
