The recruitment is for professional positions across Finance, Legal, Company Secretary, and Hindi domains. The roles are purely temporary and offered on a contractual basis for 2 years, extendable up to 4 years in total. HMT 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the required age limit, educational qualifications, and post-qualification experience for the positions.
Here are the post-wise eligibility details:
1. Deputy Manager (Finance)
- Age Limit: Max 35 years (as on 01.07.2025)
- Qualification: CA/CMA/ICWA with proficiency in computer skills
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in relevant field
2. Officer (Company Secretary)
- Age Limit: Max 30 years (as on 01.07.2025)
- Qualification: Graduation with ACS, LLB preferred
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in relevant field
3. Officer (Legal)
- Age Limit: Max 30 years (as on 01.07.2025)
- Qualification: Full-time LLB with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in legal practice or corporate legal work
4. Hindi Officer
- Age Limit: Max 30 years (as on 01.07.2025)
- Qualification: M.A. in Hindi with English at graduation level; Pragya preferred
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in translation/official language implementation
