HIL Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet specific age, educational qualification, and experience requirements.
Here are the eligibility details for each advertised post:
1. General Manager (Technical)
- Age Limit: 52 years
- Qualification: Degree in Chemical Engineering
- Experience: 16 years in chemical factory, 5 years in managerial position
2. Additional General Manager (Finance)
- Age Limit: 50 years
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant
- Experience: 14 years post-qualification in senior managerial roles; SAP knowledge preferred
3. Manager (Marketing)
- Age Limit: 40 years
- Qualification: PG Degree in Agri-Business Management/Agri Sciences
- Experience: 5 years in pesticide/seed/agri input sales, 2 years in supervisory role
4. Manager (Finance)
- Age Limit: 40 years
- Qualification: CA/Cost Accountant/MBA (Finance)
- Experience: 5-7 years in finance/accounts/internal audit, 2 years in responsible position
5. Manager (HR & Admin)
- Age Limit: 40 years
- Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR/Labour Welfare with minimum 60%
- Experience: 5 years post-qualification, 2 years in responsible role; MS Office knowledge mandatory
6. Microbiologist
- Age Limit: 40 years
- Qualification: M.Sc/M.Tech in Microbiology or Biotechnology
- Experience: 7 years in microbial fermentation operations and quality control

HIL Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
The selection will be based on shortlisting and personal interview.
Candidates will be shortlisted after document screening and informed individually via email.
HIL 2025 Salary Details
Below is the pay scale for each post based on the pre-revised IDA pattern:

In addition to basic pay, candidates will be entitled to DA, HRA, medical benefits, LTC, PF, gratuity, etc.
HIL Recruitment 2025 Age Relaxation
As per Government of India rules, the following relaxations apply:
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- SC/ST: 5 years
- PwD: 10 years
- Domiciled in J&K (1980–1989): 5 years
