Selected candidates will be appointed with a fixed monthly salary of Rs. 40,800 for the first 5 years. After satisfactory completion, they will be eligible for pay level 5 (Rs. 29,200 – Rs. 92,300). GSSSB Junior Pharmacist Eligibility Criteria
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy / Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) OR
- Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Junior Pharmacist / Dispenser / Medical Representative in Govt. or approved hospital/organization.
- Basic knowledge of computers as per Gujarat Civil Services Rules.
- Proficiency in Gujarati or Hindi or both.
Age Limit:
- Minimum: 18 years
- Maximum: 35 years
- Age relaxation applicable as per category (up to 20 years for eligible categories).

The selection will be done through a Competitive Written Exam (OMR/CBRT mode), consisting of two parts:
