GSRTC Conductor Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the minimum eligibility in terms of education, age, and disability. The required criteria are mentioned below.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have passed Class 12 (HSC). They must also possess a valid Conductor License and a First Aid Certificate.
Age Limit (as on 01/10/2007)
The candidate’s minimum age should be 18 years. The maximum age should not be more than 33 years as of 01/10/2007. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government rules.

GSRTC Conductor Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
The selection of eligible candidates will be based on a single stage. Candidates have to qualify in this stage to get selected.
- Stage 1- OMR-Based Written Examination (100 Marks)
The final merit list will be prepared based on candidates’ performance in the written exam.
GSRTC Conductor Exam Pattern 2025
The OMR-based written test will consist of 100 multiple-choice questions. The total duration of the exam will be 1 hour. The syllabus includes General Knowledge, Road Safety, Gujarati & English Grammar, and Computer Knowledge.

GSRTC Conductor Salary Structure 2025
A GSRTC Conductor will receive a fixed pay of Rs. 26,000/- per month for the first five years. After five years of satisfactory service, they will be considered for a regular appointment as per rules.
