DRDO DEBEL JRF Jobs Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have the following:
Mechanical Engineering (JRF-03):
- B.E./B.Tech (1st Division) + valid GATE score OR
- M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (1st Division at UG & PG level)
Biomedical Engineering (JRF-04):
- B.E./B.Tech (1st Division) + valid GATE/NET OR
- M.E./M.Tech in Biomedical Engineering (1st Division at UG & PG level)
Age Limit
Maximum: 28 years as on 6th July 2025
Age relaxation as per GoI norms:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years

DRDO DEBEL JRF Jobs Selection Process
- Applications will be screened.

Fellowship Details
- Tenure: Initially 2 years, extendable as Senior Research Fellow (SRF) up to 4 years based on performance.
- Stipend: As per DRDO norms.
- Ph.D. Opportunity: Selected candidates may register for Ph.D. during the fellowship.
