BPCL Eligibility Criteria 2025

Educational Qualifications:-

• Minimum 60% marks in relevant Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or PG Diploma.
• Qualifications must be from UGC/AICTE-approved institutions.
• Relaxation to 50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.

Experience:-

Varies by role:

• Team Member Roles – Minimum 7–10 years
• Team Lead / Head Roles – Minimum 14–21 years

• Experience in relevant domain is mandatory.

Age Limit (as on 01.04.2025):-

General/EWS: 38 to 50 years (depending on role level)

Relaxation:

• OBC (NCL): +3 years
• SC/ST: +5 years
• PwBD: +10 years
• Maximum age after all relaxations: 58 years
