The Aeronautical Development Agency (ADA), under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, is inviting applications for the 137 positions of Project Scientist ‘B’ and Project Scientist ‘C’ on a limited tenure contract basis-

Aeronautical Development Agency Jobs 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualification (for both the posts):-
- First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology from a recognized University or equivalent degree in any engineering discipline such as Aeronautics/Computer Science/Electronics & Communication/Electrical & Instrumentation/Metallurgy/Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:-
- Project Scientist ‘B’: Up to 3 years of experience in the relevant field is desirable.
- Project Scientist ‘C’: A minimum of 3 years of experience in the relevant field is essential.
Age Limit:-
- Project Scientist ‘B’: Maximum 35 years.
- Project Scientist ‘C’: Maximum 40 years.

- Submit the Application: Once all details are filled in and documents uploaded, submit the application form before the deadline.
ADA Project Scientist Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
- The selection process for the Project Scientist positions involves screening applications based on eligibility criteria, followed by a personal interview. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for the interview, where their technical knowledge and experience will be assessed.
- The shortlisted candidates will be advised to appear for a final personal interview to be conducted as per rules at the venue and date, which will be intimated through the call letter.
- Candidates serving in Govt. or in Govt. owned Organizations will be required to produce a copy of proof of their communication with their employer i.e. the intimation regarding their application for the desired post and acknowledgement received from employer regarding their application for the said post. The final selection of candidates will be purely on the basis of merit of marks scored by a candidate in the final personal interview only. The minimum qualifying marks required by the candidate in the personal interview for consideration for selection are 70% for all Unreserved vacancies and 60% for all reserved vacancies.
