AAI ER Selection Process 2025
The selection procedure will include a Computer-Based Test (CBT) followed by a skill/typing test wherever applicable. Post-wise details are provided below:
Senior Assistant (Electronics)
Written Exam (CBT): 100 Marks, 2 Hours
- 70% Technical (Electronics/Telecom)
- 30% General (GK, English, Reasoning, Aptitude)
Training: 12 weeks classroom + 4 weeks on-job (with ₹25,000 stipend)
Bond Required: Yes
Senior Assistant (Accounts)
- Written Exam (CBT): 100 Marks, 2 Hours
- Computer Literacy Test (MS Office): Qualifying in nature
- Final Merit: Based on CBT (subject to qualifying skill test)
Senior Assistant (Official Language)
Written Exam (CBT): 100 Marks, 2 Hours
- 50% Language Proficiency
- 50% General Subjects
Computer Literacy Test in Hindi (MS Office): Qualifying in nature
Minimum qualifying marks: 50% for UR/EWS/OBC/Ex-SM and 40% for SC/ST
AAI ER Eligibility Criteria 2025

- Maximum Age: 30 years

- Widows/Divorced women: Up to 35/38/40 years based on category
