GRID India Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:-
- B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.)/IDD in Electrical/Power Engineering with 65% marks or equivalent CGPA. Final-year students can apply if they meet the criteria by 14 August 2025.
Age Limit:-
- Maximum 28 years as of 31 July 2025 (Relaxation applicable for reserved categories).
GATE Requirement :-
- Must qualify in GATE 2025 (Electrical Engineering – EE paper).

- GATE 2025 Score (85% weightage): Candidates must qualify in the Electrical Engineering (EE) paper.
- Group Discussion (3% weightage): No qualifying marks.
- Personal Interview (12% weightage): Minimum qualifying marks:
- UR/EWS: 40%
- OBC-NCL/SC/ST/PwBD: 30%
