Indian Navy SSR Vacancy 2025 Selection Process
The selection process for Agniveer (SSR) consists of multiple stages designed to assess physical fitness, academic ability, and medical fitness-
Stage I – Physical Fitness Test (PFT):-
- Male: 1.6 km run in 6 min 30 sec, 15 push-ups, 20 squats, 15 bent-knee sit-ups.
- Female: 1.6 km run in 8 min, 10 push-ups, 15 squats, 10 bent-knee sit-ups.
Stage II – Written Exam:-
- A 1-hour, 100-mark objective test covering English, Science, Mathematics, and General Awareness (10+2 level). Candidates must pass all sections and in aggregate.
Medical Examination:-
- Final medical check-up for shortlisted candidates.
