Income Tax Department Vacancy 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:-
- Stenographer Grade-II (Steno): 12th class pass or equivalent from a recognized board.
- Tax Assistant (TA): Degree from a recognized university.
- Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS): Matriculation or equivalent pass.
Sports Eligibility:-
Candidates must have represented their state or country in national or international competitions, or won medals in recognized tournaments such as-
- National Championships
- Khelo India Youth Games
- Khelo India University Games
- Inter-University Tournaments
- School Games Federation of India (SGFI)
Age Limit (as of 01.01.2025):-
- Stenographer Grade-II (Steno) / Tax Assistant: 18 to 27 years
- Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS): 18 to 25 years
Age Relaxation:-
- General/OBC: 5 years
- SC/ST: 10 years
Income Tax MTS Recruitment 2025 How to Apply
Follow these steps to apply online –
- Visit the official website: www.incometaxhyderabad.gov.in.
- Go to the Recruitment section and click on Recruitment of Meritorious Sportspersons 2025.
- Click on Apply Online and register using a valid email ID and mobile number.
- Fill in the online application form with personal, educational, and sports-related details.
- Upload the necessary documents (photograph, signature, educational certificates, sports certificates, etc.).
- Submit the application form and take a printout for future reference.
Income Tax Tax Assistant Jobs 2025 Selection Process
Document Verification:-
- Candidates will be shortlisted based on their sports achievements and educational qualifications.
Skill Test (for Stenographer and Tax Assistant):-
- Stenographer: Dictation test (10 minutes @ 80 w.p.m) and Transcription (50 w.p.m in English, 65 w.p.m in Hindi).
- Tax Assistant: Data Entry Skill Test (8000 key depressions per hour).
