UCSL Executive Trainee Selection Process 2025
UCSL will conduct a two-phase selection process:
Phase-I: Online Test (60 Marks)
- General Awareness – 5 marks
- English Language – 5 marks
- Numerical Ability – 5 marks
- Reasoning Ability – 5 marks
- Subject Knowledge – 40 marks
- No negative marking.
Phase-II: Group Discussion, Writing Skills & Personal Interview (40 Marks)
- GD – 10 marks
- Writing – 10 marks
- Interview – 20 marks
Final rank list will be prepared based on aggregate scores from both phases.

Age Limit
- Maximum age: 27 years as on 20 August 2025
- Date of Birth should be on or after 21 August 1998
- Age relaxation: OBC – 3 years, SC/ST – 5 years, PwBD – as per Govt. norms

Executive Trainee Salary
During the training period, selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹50,000/-.
