Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), Transport Aircraft Division, Kanpur has invited offline applications from eligible Degree, Diploma, B.Com, B.Sc., BBA and MOM & SP holders for undergoing apprenticeship training for the year 2025-26. HAL Kanpur Apprentice Eligibility 2025
Candidates must meet the following eligibility conditions:HAL Kanpur Apprentice Recruitment 2025
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate Apprentices: 4-year B.E./B.Tech or 3-year General Degree in relevant fields.
- Diploma Apprentices: 2 or 3-year Diploma in concerned disciplines.
- MOM & SP: 2-year Diploma.
- Candidates must have passed in the year 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025.
- “Appearing”/”Result Awaited”/Supplementary candidates are not eligible.
Age Limit (as on 31/07/2025):
- Minimum: 18 years
- Maximum: 27 years
- Relaxation: 5 years (SC/ST), 3 years (OBC-NCL), 10 years (PWD)
HAL Kanpur Selection Process 2025
The selection of candidates for apprenticeship training will be strictly on a merit basis.
- 100% weightage will be given to the aggregate marks obtained in the qualifying examination (Degree/Diploma/MOM & SP).
