FSNL Non-Executive Recruitment 2025 Eligibility
Educational Qualification
- Supervisors / Foreman: Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile or any stream)
- Assistants: Graduate/Diploma in relevant disciplines
- Operators: ITI/10th Pass with HMV license (where applicable)
- Mechanic/Electrician/Welder: ITI in relevant trade
Experience
- Supervisors/Foreman/Assistants: 5 years post-qualification experience
- Operators/Technicians: Minimum 1 year experience
Age Limit
- Upper Age Limit: 35 years as on 24th July 2025
- Age relaxation as per company norms

FSNL Selection Process 2025
- Selection will be through Written Test, Trade Test, Walk-in Interview, or a combination
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the selection process
- Final selection will be based on merit and verification of documents
- Medical fitness test will be mandatory before final appointment
FSNL Non-Executive Recruitment 2025 Salary
The basic consolidated pay per month (excluding benefits) for each grade is as follows:
