Education Qualification
Candidates must have passed 10th Standard or its equivalent.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant field experience. Preference will be given to Ex-Army personnel.

ICSIL Selection Process 2025
The selection of candidates will be based on:
- Shortlisting on the basis of eligibility and documents.
- Interaction / Document Verification by the client department.
Final deployment will be subject to approval from the department.
ICSIL Watch & Ward Salary
The selected candidates will be paid Rs. 20,371/- per month as per the minimum wage rates for semi-skilled workers under GNCT of Delhi. EPF and ESIC will be applicable as per government rules.
