The Supreme Court of India has released an official notification inviting applications for the engagement of Consultant (Research) and Research Assistants in the Centre for Research and Planning, purely on a short-term contractual basis. Law graduates with relevant research experience and writing skills are eligible to apply.
A total of 09 posts are available (03 for Consultant, 06 for Research Assistant), and the selection will be based on resume screening and Interaction (Interview). The last date to apply is 29th June 2025, and the application must be submitted via email in PDF format.

SC Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
For Both Posts:
- LLB Degree from a recognized university
- Excellent writing skills
- Minimum 1 year of relevant research experience
- Proficiency in legal research, databases, and IT tools
- Familiarity with data analysis, Excel, and PowerPoint
Additional Requirement for Research Assistant:
Candidate must have authored a research paper/dissertation/thesis

Stage 1: Shortlisting based on Resume and Qualifications
Stage 2:Interaction (Interview) with shortlisted candidates
Shortlisted candidates (3 times the number of posts) will be notified via email
Stage 3: Final engagement based on performance in interaction and document verification
