TCIL Recruitment 2025
Telecommunications Consultants India Limited (TCIL), a Government of India Enterprise under the Ministry of Communications, has released official notifications for the recruitment of senior-level executives in technical (IT & Telecom) and HR domains.
The recruitment will be on a regular basis with positions ranging from Manager (E3) to General Manager (E7). Eligible professionals can apply in offline mode by 15 July 2025.

TCIL invites applications from dynamic and experienced professionals for managerial roles in Information Technology, Telecommunications, and Human Resource & Administration. The appointments are full-time and permanent in nature with an initial probation of 2 years.

Educational Qualifications:
- Tech Roles (IT/Telecom): B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/MCA in Electronics, IT, Computers, ECE, Electrical.
- HR Roles: Graduate + 2-year full-time MBA/PGDM/MSW with HR specialization.

TCIL Job Roles and Responsibilities 2025
IT & Telecom Roles:
- Business Development, Sales, CRM in IT/ITES, IoT, Smart Cities, Cybersecurity.
- Network design, planning, execution, O&M in telecom infrastructure.
- Vendor development, tendering, cost-benefit analysis.
- Familiarity with technologies: 3G/4G, MPLS, FTTH, SD-WAN, Data Centers, ERP Infra, Cloud Ops.
HR & Admin Roles:
- Manpower planning, recruitment, performance management.
- Handling union/legal matters and statutory compliance.
- General administration, infrastructure, security, protocol, and VIP visit coordination.
