NABARD BIRD Vacancy 2025
The post-wise distribution of vacancies is as follows:

Eligibility Criteria for NABARD BIRD CDO Recruitment
Candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements to apply:
CDO Level-1
- Qualification: Graduate in Economics/Commerce/Management/Agriculture/Computer Applications.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in cooperative institutions. Preference for candidates with IT/Cooperation training and hands-on experience in digital cooperative tools, IEC material development, and training programs.
CDO Level-2
- Qualification: Postgraduate in Economics, Commerce, Management, Banking, etc. M.Phil/Ph.D. preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in cooperative/rural/agricultural finance. Preference for experience in research, digital cooperative platforms, and training.
Age Limit (As on 1st January 2025)
- CDO Level-1: Max 50 years
- CDO Level-2: Max 62 years

Key responsibilities for both CDO levels include:
- Accreditation of training institutions
- Certification & standardization of cooperative training
- Organization of seminars and workshops
- Data management and cooperative research
- Client and stakeholder engagement
- Preparation of IEC and research materials

Terms of Engagement
- Contract Duration: Initially 2 years, extendable up to 4 years based on performance
- Termination Clause: One-month notice by either party

- Annual Increment: Up to 5% based on performance
