IREL Apprentice Recruitment 2025
IREL (India) Limited has released a notification for Apprentice Recruitment 2025 at its Rare Earths Division (RED), Udyogamandal, Kerala. This recruitment is for 25 apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961.

IREL Apprentice Eligibility Criteria 2025
- Candidates must not have completed or be currently undergoing apprenticeship training elsewhere.
- Higher qualification holders are not eligible.
- Distance/Part-time courses will not be accepted.
- Age Limit: 18 to 25 years as on 31.05.2025.
- Age Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC (NCL) – 3 years, PWBD – 10 years.

Follow these steps to apply:
Register on the Apprenticeship Portal:-
- For Graduate/Technician Apprentices: Register on the NATS Portal
- For Trade Apprentices: Register on the Apprenticeship India Portal
Apply under the Correct Establishment ID:-
- Graduate/Technician Apprentices: Establishment ID – SKLERC000015
- Trade Apprentices: Establishment ID – E11153200006
Submit Application via Email:-
- Download and fill in the form (Annexure A)
- Scan and email the application with documents to hrm-red@irel.co.in
- Use the subject: “APPLICATION FOR ENGAGEMENT OF APPRENTICES AGAINST NOTIFICATION NO. IREL/RED/HRM/Apprentices Engagement/2025-26/01”
Documents Required:-
- 10th Certificate (Proof of DOB)
- ITI/Diploma/Degree certificates
- Caste/Disability certificate (if applicable)
- Aadhaar
- Nativity Certificate
- Enrollment Proof from the Portal
IREL Technician Apprentice 2025 Selection Process
- Selection is merit-based, considering marks in qualifying exams.
- Priority will be given to:
- Land-affected candidates
- People living within 10 km of RED, Kerala
- Wards of IREL employees
- Residents of Ernakulam district, then Kerala, and then others
- Final selection after document verification and medical fitness.
- Police Verification Certificate is mandatory before joining.
