Ordnance Factory DBW Vacancy 2025

Educational Qualifications:-

• ITI Certificate (NCTVT/NAC) in the AOCP (Attendant Operator Chemical Plant) trade or feeder trades. These include:
• IMCP (Instrument Mechanic Chemical Plant)
• MMCP (Mechanical Maintenance Chemical Plant)
• LACP (Laboratory Assistant Chemical Plant)
• PPO (Process Plant Operator)
• Fitter General
• Machinist
• Turner
• Sheet Metal Worker
• Electrician
• Electronic Mechanic
• Boiler Attendant
• Mechanic Industrial Electronics
• Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic
• Ex-apprentices of Ordnance Factories in the AOCP trade will be given preference.

Age Limit (as on 24.05.2025):-

1. General candidates: 18 – 40 years
2. Age Relaxation:
   • 5 years for SC/ST
   • 3 years for OBC (NCL)
   • Period of Military Service + 3 years for Ex-Servicemen

Follow these steps to apply-

1. Download the Application Form: Visit the official website of Munitions India or Ordnance Factory Badmal to download the application form.
2. Fill the Application Form: Fill the form in BLOCK LETTERS.
3. Be sure to include all required documents, including:
   • A passport-size photograph (one pasted on the form, one extra with name and DOB written on the back)
   • Date of Birth certificate (e.g., 10th certificate)
   • ITI NCTVT/NAC certificate
   • Apprenticeship certificate
   • Experience certificate
   • Caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS)
   • Ex-Servicemen/PwBD certificate
   • OBC-NCL declaration (Appendix-1)
   • Ex-Servicemen undertaking (Appendix-2)
4. Send the Application:
   • Superscribe the envelope with the title “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF TENURE-BASED DBW PERSONNEL ON CONTRACT BASIS”.
   • Send the application by post to:

Ordnance Factory Badmal Jobs 2025

The selection will be based on the following criteria-

1. Merit-based Selection:
   • 80% weightage will be given to NCTVT (NAC) marks.
   • 20% weightage will be based on a Trade Test/ Practical Test.
2. Cut-off for Trade Test: The cut-off percentage for the Trade Test will be determined by Ordnance Factory Badmal based on NCTVT marks.
3. Document Verification: Candidates who qualify will undergo document verification. The number of candidates verified will be limited to the number of posts available, and the verification will be conducted on a discipline/category-wise basis.
4. Additional Candidates: If the initially selected candidates are rejected during verification, additional candidates will be called.
5. Tie Resolution: In case of a tie, preference will be given to:
   • Ex-Apprentices of Ordnance Factory Badmal or other Ordnance Factories
   • Candidates with higher NCTVT marks
   • Older candidates
6. Trade Test: The Trade Test will be conducted in English or Hindi, and shortlisted candidates will be informed through post and email.
